My Philippians 321 workout today.  321 Reps.  It was challenging especially all those lunges, burpees, and getups. I included links on how to do some of the exercises.

Jog 1 mile/Warmup

Crab Walk Toe Touch – 50 reps

Run .20 mile

Low Jacks – 50 reps

Run .20 mile

Burpees – 50 reps (* hard)

Run .20 mile

(1st interval mile: 8:42)

Walking Lunges – 100 reps

Run .20 mile

Prisoner Getups – 21 reps

Jog/Walk Home .75 mile
