Kentucky Backyard Full Body Workout

Here’s a portion of my workout today.  I call this one exercise “Squat with Knee Lift” and there is a little jumping rope at the end.  Below is what I did for the whole workout.  It took me about an hour.  Don’t forget to stretch, warmup, and cooldown.

10 Minutes Intervals (Jump Rope 1 min/Run 1 min)

Bowler’s Lunge (Right) – 25 Reps

Bowler’s Lunge (Left) – 25 Reps

Deadlift with Calf Raise & Shoulder Shrug – 50 Reps

Prisoner Squat with Knee Raise – 50 Reps

10 Minutes Intervals (Jump Rope 1 min/Run 1 min)

Plank to Elbow – 40 Reps

Pullups – 25 Reps

Hanging Leg Raises – 25 Reps

Rows (Right) – 25 Reps

Rows (Left) – 25 Reps

Crunches – 50 Reps

10 Minutes Intervals (Jump Rope 1 min/Run 1 min)
